Products and services are the items you sell. Adding them to FinovaOS means you can add them to invoices with one click.

Go to Inventory → Products & Services → Add New.

Choose the type: Product (physical goods tracked in stock) or Service (no stock tracking).

Enter the item name, SKU code (optional), and description.

Set the unit price and tax rate (e.g., 17% GST, 5% SST).

For products, enter the opening stock quantity and reorder level (alert when stock falls below this).
💡Tip: You can import products in bulk using an Excel template. Go to Inventory → Import Products and download the template.
