Sales Tax / GST Reports

Every sales invoice in FinovaOS records tax amounts against the tax code you selected. At month end, go to Reports → Tax → Sales Tax Summary for a detailed report of all taxable sales, tax collected, and net payable — export as PDF or Excel and hand to your accountant for the filing.

Income Tax on Salary

Set an income tax deduction line on each employee based on their annual FBR slab. Every month it deducts the correct amount from net pay. At year end, run the salary summary per employee — gross salary, total tax deducted, other deductions — for your consultant to generate the certificate.

Withholding Tax on Suppliers

When you record a supplier payment, add the WHT deduction as a line item and tag it to the vendor. The WHT register shows all such deductions grouped by supplier for monthly filing.
